<p>포털 네이버와 다음의 언론사 제휴를 심사하는 포털 뉴스제휴평가위원회가 5월11월 소액 결제 현금화 등 관련 기사를 다수 수기한 언론사들을 퇴출하였다. 허나 뒤에도 몇몇 언론을 중심으로 이러한 기사가 나타났다 사라지는 일이 반복되고 있는 상태이다.</p>

<p>소액결제 현금화는 상품권, 게임 아이템 등을 결제한 이후 인증번호 등 아이디어를 기업에 넘기면 수수료를 떼고 당장 현금을 지급하는 것을 말한다. ‘급전이 필요한 노인들이 주로 이용하는데, 실상은 고금리 대출에 사기 확률이 높아 아이디어통신망법상 불법으로 규정하고 있을 것이다.</p>

<p>모바일 소액결제는 당월 이용한 결제 금액이 핸드폰 요금으로 빠져나가는 구조다. 결제월과 취소월이와 같은 경우 휴대폰 요금에서 미청구되고 승인 취소가 가능하다. 다만 결제월과 취소월이 다를 경우에는 핸드폰 요금에서 이미 출금됐기 덕분에 승인 취소가 불가하다.</p>
